My name is Jessica Ahrens, LICSW and I started this practice in order to offer online counseling to people throughout the great state of Washington. I want to help you to work through stress, anxiety, depression and other issues that may be preventing a more positive day-to-day life. My approach is generally based on holistic and mindful principles. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy and mindfulness. I have 21 years of experience within the mental health/social work field and am passionate about emotional wellness.
